Welcome to easyDraft ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the easyDraft website (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not access the Service.

Description of Service

easyDraft is an AI-powered tool designed to help users create customized CVs and cover letters tailored to specific job descriptions. The Service utilizes user-provided information and AI algorithms to generate content that aligns with job requirements.

Account Registration

To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• Maintain the security of your password and accept all risks of unauthorized access to your account.
• Promptly update your registration information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
• Agree to complete an anti-bot verification step when creating an account, and that failure to complete this will result in the user being unable to create an account.

User Data

• Data Collection: We collect information you provide during registration (e.g., name, email, work history, education, etc.) and data generated through your use of the Service (e.g., CV content, application details, etc.).
• Data Usage: We use your data to provide and improve the Service, generate tailored CVs and cover letters, analyze job applications, personalize your experience, communicate with you, and comply with legal obligations.
• Data Storage: User data is stored securely using industry-standard practices. You may choose your preferred data storage location (e.g., US or Europe) during registration.
• Data Ownership: You retain ownership of the data you provide to easyDraft.
• Data Sharing: We will not sell your data. We may share your data with trusted third-party service providers as necessary to operate the Service. Your generated CVs can be shared using a unique link, but you retain control over who has access to this link.
• Data Security: We prioritize your privacy and security by implementing robust authentication protocols and data encryption.

Credits and Payment

• Credit System: easyDraft uses a credit system. Each feature, such as CV customization or cover letter generation, consumes a specific number of credits.
• Credit Purchase: You may purchase credits through our secure payment gateway, powered by Stripe.
• Free Credits: New users receive an allocation of free credits upon registration. These free credits do not expire.
• Credit Expiration:
  • Launch Period Promotion: Credits purchased during the easyDraft launch period will not expire.
  • Variable Expiration: The expiration date of credits purchased after the launch period depends on the specific package selected. Please refer to the pricing page for details on each package's expiration period.
• Refunds: Due to the nature of the Service, refunds are generally not provided. However, we may consider refunds on a case-by-case basis.

User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any person or entity.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or any user accounts.
• Use the Service to transmit any harmful or malicious code.
• Circumvent or attempt to circumvent any security measures implemented by the Service, including the anti-bot measures during registration.

User-Generated Content

While easyDraft provides tools to assist in content creation, you are ultimately responsible for the content generated using the Service. You agree to ensure that any content you create, store, or share through the Service is not illegal, infringing on any third-party rights, harmful, misleading, or otherwise objectionable. easyDraft assumes no liability for user-generated content that violates these Terms or any applicable laws.

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by easyDraft and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall easyDraft, its affiliates, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of any material changes. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
